My oil pressure gauge goes from like less then the bottom line to the top part so from 10% to 90% it never goes under 10 and over 90 but everytime i am at a light it will go down to 10 and then while driving it goes back up. is this normal?

i have a 98 lx 470 with 95k miles

Mine fluctuates as well (much like any other vehicle I've had that has an oil pressure guage). I won't say it that is as extreme as yours though. Probably 30-70 so 30 at idle and 70 at full throttle.
