CV Boot Question
#31
If you driveshaft boot is crack or leak just reboot. Unless your driveshaft worn out or makes clicking clunking squeaking noise then you need to replace the whole assembly, when you cv axles or driveshaft worn out what you'll experience ?
1, vibration at certain speed
2, clicking ticking noise at low speed or turn
3, clunking when reverse or turn
4, hard gear shifting and launching
my right front shaft boot is cracked but no symptoms, yes i'll reboot next oil change.
Speaking of OEM and aftermarket driveshaft, nothing can compare to OEM, OEM shaft will last 5 years, aftermarket shaft will last 3 years, i'm not joking, you'll get what you pay for, however aftermarket shaft don't break like others said UNLESS YOU DRIVE ROUGH up Hill Mountain or OFFROAD, OFFROAD has its own offroad stuffs, don't blame aftermarket or Chinese made, i had my Chinese made control arm for my TRD Toyota Solara for 5 years with no PROBLEM !
