Rear wiper not stay in contact with window

Rear wiper not stay in contact with window
My rear wiper on 98 LX470 does not stay in contact with the rear window. AFter one swipe, the blade comes down and is about 1 inch off the glass. Is there an easy fix? Will tightening the nut at base of the arm correct this? Thanks for any responses.

I've dealt with this since I've owned mine. The best I got to getting this to work was actually bending the arm. I think it might just be because the tension spring is actually worn out though.
