My 2004 LX (77k miles) has always had a noise from either the windshield frame or the top of the dashboard. The windshield has never been replaced. The noise sounds like a creak or rattle (plastic on plastic)and can be heard whenever the car rides over a bump. It is more severe when the temp is below 32 degrees, but always present.

I have brought the car to the dealer numerous times over the last 5 years and have obviously had no luck fixing it. They have wrapped the wires in the dash and added additional insulation.

In the last week it has gotten much worse and it is now officially driving us nuts.

Has anyone had a similar experience or have any suggestions?

i have the exact same issue, only difference is that mine is 08 gs w/ 8k miles. along with many other gs owners, i'm frustrated too. just surprised to see this addressed in other models as well..
