Help wanted with pre-purchase inspection
Hi all,
I am based in Africa and about to carry out a pre-purchase inspection on a 2002 LX470. Vehicle appears to have incredibly low mileage. Could this be tinkered with? Body and interior look like new. However, several bolts on the engine appear corroded. Haven't checked under the vehicle yet. Origin appears to be from the US, suspect Texas. Any suggestions for what I inspect on the vehicle, before buying?
