I checked the manuals and forums and could not find anything relating to these two questions.

I live in the United Arab Emirates and I just purchased an imported 2006 Lexus LX470 from the states. The navigation system has the Middle East map set on it but is there a way that I can import waypoints/POIs from another GPS? (I have over 150 points in my other vehicle w/Garmin GPS and really don't care to manually type all of them in).

Also the radio frequency over here is XXX.even instead of XXX.odd as in the states. Because of this the stations don't come in clearly under the USA radio settings. Is there a way to make those changes without purchasing a whole new radio or navigation system?
