I just picked up a trailer from a friend and plugged into the 4 flat receptacle to check the lights and got nothing. Got a tester and checked for power at the receptacle and found no power. Then I started looking for the trailer light fuse in the kick panel and under the hood but can't find anything marked for trailer lights. This is the factory towing package, not an aftermarket add on. Does anybody know what I'm talking about?? Thanks. This is a great forum.

Just in case anybody has this issue, I figured it out after a couple hours.
There is a part called the taillight converter. It allows 1 taillight bulb to do more than one function I think. It was taped up inside the rear tailgate post. On mine I found power to the brake but very low power to the left turn and none to the right. I have the 4 pin flat receptacle. Lexus had trouble finding the part. Cost $125. Napa has a part in their trailer light section that works for about $14. After cutting and crimping ends to the part it worked fine. I plan on getting the original part at some point, but in a pinch this worked fine.
