Steering lock to lock truck will not move! Help!

Steering lock to lock, and truck will barely move! Help!
Newbie here...99 LX470 w/220k miles. Truck drives/steers fine unless I pull in/out of a tight parking spot or turning sharp (lock to lock) or close to it. I hit the gas when it does this and the truck struggles to move. Does it in forward or reverse. Its like something is binding. CV joint or steering rack possibly?

Figured out the problem. The diff lock button was pushed. LOL! Took teh dogs to the vet yesterday and one of them must have pushed it. It's the button right under the hazard ind. button.
