Default LX 470 new rotors clacking and smoking???

Just put a set of rotors on the rear of my LX 470 and now I am getting a clacking noise that changes when I pull the hand brake, and it looks like there is smoke coming off the rotors somewhere... Just got dark outside so I am stuck till am. Any ideas?

rotors are often packed in a paraffin based coating to keep them from rusting. This may have not been washed off completely before the rotors were installed. However the smoke and smell usually goes away in less than 20 miles. Does it smell of burning brakes?

I used plenty of brake cleaner prior to install, I couldn't put any miles on them as they are making this strange clacking sound form the e brake,

Going to rip it apart now, I think the problem is the e brake. Anyone have specs or photos of how it should be set up? I'll try to post a few photos.

Fixed. I just had to turn the parking brake adjuster wheel till I couldn't get the disk/drum back on, then I backed it off a bit and put everyting back together. The noise was the pads and mech rocking back and forth. I guess the new drum area was a hair larger than the old rotors and they needed to be adjusted a bit.
