Default Height Control Problem | 2002 LX470

Hello all,

I am having trouble with the height control in my LX.
The height would not allow me to go to "N" - Normal mode it is flashing "OFF" and I had to drive home in "LO" height. I re-stared the car couple of times but same thing.

Any advice on what is going on?

Thanks

Just a thought...I've only had my LX about 8 days...but there's a button to turn off the active suspension...does that affect the height control?

Yes you can turn it off anytime, in my case it is flashing "off" in the gauges

Your sensors are out, take it to the lexus dealer. It's about six hundred to replace a set. That's how much it costed me, negotiate with the dealer!

Yeh I think that is the case with the senors, but still not confirmed. Will take it in today or tomorrow to the dealership.

Default AHC not working?

The first thing is to run the the built in self diagnostics. Send me a PM @ kebowers47@gmail.com and I will send you back the necessary information , You can perform in a few minutes the very same tests as the Dealer can, with no tools or 'special computer needed.

The dealership have ran a diagnostic, it came up to replace the Control Valve Assembly, and they also mentioned that the problem may be not fixed and they may have to replace something else :S

Has anyone replace the Control Valve Assembly and was it due to the Height Control?
