Can anyone tell me if there is any significant differences between LX 470s from 2004 through 2007? I'm looking at used ones and so far as I can tell, not much except higher mileage with an older model mainly. I believe I read somewhere that for 2006 the engine changed a little but honestly, I doubt I'd notice anything different with regular, in town driving.

There are very little differences besides power. I own the 2002 which came standard with navigation and mark levinson. I added the rear spoiler. You can check the differences between years here:
