LX470, what the heck is "River Rock Green Mica" is? lc3, grey or green?
I have a customer that has a 99 LX470 in color lc3, "River Rock Green Mica". When I look, up on autotrader or ebay for used LX470's in the this color, they all look GREEN, for ex, see below from autotrader:
He is telling me his truck looks grey. He also gave me his VIN # and the color code is lc3. Can someone help shed some light on this??? Attached is a pic of his actual car below.

River Rock Green Mica is a grey color with green metallic undertones. When you look at it, it will appear grey in color in most circumstances (90%). However, when you get light reflecting off the vehicle, at a certain time of day, with the wind at your back, etc, it will look grey&green (like a piece of mica rock).
In your example, the first car is Green. I believe it was called Imperial Jade on the FJ80 model. I forget the color name on the FJ100. Your second picture is of the FJ100 in River Rock Green Mica.
A quick way to tell is this ... no version of River Rock Green Mica was ever painted a two tone. Your pic #1 is painted green on the body and grey on the bumpers. This is not Riverrock Green Mica, although probably throwing off a lot of dealers when identifying the color.

Thanks so much for the explanation!!! So, if I have our body ship paint the rear spoiler "River Rock Green Mica" it will look and be the grey color.... Very cool, but confusing.
What's crazy is, 95% of any LX on autotrader that says it's RR Green Mica, they are showing that two toned green color, and most of the time with the 1c3 next to it!!!

Well in your two pics, you have the Imperial Jade looking color (which is green, two toned with plain grey paint) and the Riverrock Green Mica is the one toned grey color.
The River Rock Mica spoiler would match the lower picture in your post.
