maintenance required symbol

Does anybody know what it means when the maintenance required symbol shows up? I tried searching my 2006 LX manual but the symbol is not there..

In page 52 of the owner's manual, at the bottom----- "Replace engine oil".

After changing engine oil, the method to reset in page 56.
