Unhappy Help me convince dealer there's problem with "HARD RIDE"!

Hi everyone. this is my first time posting and i'm not sure i'll even be able to find my way back here to see if i have any responses. I am in love with my 06 LX470. I have about 64,000 miles. about 3 years ago I started having a problem with the ride. I've researched a bit and see lots of others having the same issues with "hitting hard" over bumps even at very low speeds. Now, I practically live in my car because i travel from virginia to pennsylvania almost monthly and know it so well. For 3 years I've been told by the dearlership that "they can't find anything wrong". I've purchased new tires b/c they figured that was the reason for the ride issues...i've gone back several times over the past 3 yrs and the best i've been able to do is get them to put some kind of fluid in the AHC and flush. actually, there is no difference in the comfort and sport at all. they did fix the clunk but it's actually come back again. any way, getting back to the ride, 2 weeks ago I took it in for it's maintenance. told them again about the ride. felt ok to them. told me i needed new tires which is why i'm feeling a rough ride....am i crazy? I know this ride is not right. It's embarrassing to have anyone ride with me. even my son's 2003 mitsubishi rides nicer than my baby....what do you do when they say they checked it out and find nothing wrong with it. how do you convince them????? HELP PLEASE!!! My husband wants me to trade it in on a new car like nissan or toyota but I love my lexus and just want it back the way it was.......

Sorry about the problem but you may want to check the tire pressure. The reason I say this is I have an '07 and it rides great but just yesterday I removed the spare tire to check and clean which is the original and had never been removed I think and the pressure in it was 45.5 psi, Terribly high as I run 35 psi in mine. How long have you had the new tires installed and what brand are they? This could make a difference, huge difference, in the ride. Be sure the tires are cold when the pressure is checked. I have found the best time to check tire pressure is in the morning prior to driving. This may not help any but my 2cents worth. Good luck and continue to enjoy your great vehicle.

I had a similar "hard ride" on my 2003 LX470. I told the dealer and they replaced my front 2 accumulators. Now the ride is very smooth. This might be what is going on with yours.
