What do you guys think? It has high miles and recently replaced a ton of things...but will it run at least another 2 years or so without major probs?

Default Don't buy it!

I drove the LX450 and found it to be severely under-powered. I waited for the 1999 LX470, bought one, and have been thrilled ever-since, if only for the engine maintaining maximum torque from 1000-5000 RPM, (great for towing and off-road driving). It runs like new at 195,000 miles.
Buy an early LX470; it's a great vehicle and you'll have better resale as it kept the same body style for over 10 years, and looks better than the new models, (looks based on the Toyota Sequoia.
