Default Has anyone fixed lumbat support problem

The lumbar support on my 2000 lx470 is non functional. Pressing the side button does not do anything. I wonder if this is a switch problem or something more significant wrong with this function. Any feed back on this issue will be appreciated

Thank you

sounds like a problem with your seat. Being it the switch, or motor, or contacts - you need to take a look. I have not exprienced such issue, you press the button - the lumbar support moves.

This recently happened to our '06. The dealer said it was a loose wire that connects to the switch; they fixed it free of charge.... but while in for that we also had to replace the switch for the telescoping wheel, which crapped out at roughly the same time as the lumbar... that cost us $160-.
