If it is all freeway travel, 16-18 seems to be what you can expect. At least this is what I'm seeing on mine. 13-14 city driving.

I think the question should be how many mpg's? A tank is relative to when you fuel up. Usually, I fuel up around 15 gal (and I know the tank has a 25 gal capacity). On the interstate, I get around 17mpg (18 if I'm very careful on the throttle and keep it at 68mph on cruise). At 75, it drops to ~16 mpg. We drive the LS for day trips now since it gets 27mpg going 75...the money saved on gas is enough to buy lunch for the entire family.

I have never, ever, got better than 15.5mpg from my '96 LX450 - and on that trip I probably had a tailwind. Usually it's 15mpg for 100% freeway driving, and about 11.5 to 12mpg around town.

Factory size tires & completely stock truck except for NGK Iridium spark plugs.

I have only had mine for a couple weeks but my low gas light doesn't even come on for about 2 gallons past the last line. I put in 4 gallons today (ballin on a budget I know) and it barely put me past the E.
