Default Flushed brakes, ABS,VCS, brake light/chime on

I replaced the fluid in hte brake system (hadn't been done in 100K miles). During the process i ran the resevoir low and the chime came one. I had a helper who didn't catch it went low while I was draining from the right rear. The engine was running during hte process. I refilled the resevoir and and bled to the right read again. Shut the car off, restarted, no matter what I do, lights stay on and the chime sounds. No spongey feel and stops fine. Any ideas?

Well... problem fixed itself. Took it for a drive to get more brake fluid and on the way everything just reset. Sticky sensor? who knows.

Just a note, sometimes the sensor on the cap on the brake fluid reservoir can sometimes go bad after a period of time.
