Default Transmission replaced & shifts w/o command HELP

My 2000 LX470 with 100K needed a transmission. I had it replaced by a transmission company locally and it has been in the shop for over 60 days in the past year. I need some help! It seems to automatically shift into forth gear when I shift into drive. Starting from a stop I get bogging now RPM until I have the accelerator on the floor and it shifts hard and revs hard. I have brought it back and they replaced the torque converter and the shift solenoid. The shift solenoid comes up on the computer. They also just replaced the valve body. I am to the point where I am looking at new cars because of this.
Lexus said they cannot reflash a computer that old and the transmission shop is to the point of saying that it needs a new computer. Lexus' price is around 1500 for part and install. And this may not fix the problem. I need some expertise and advice otherwise I am going to have to trade her in since I drive my 13.6 MPG pig 80 miles a day and renting cars is getting old!

OK so I unhooked the battery and the truck drove beautifully for about one day before the same shifting issues came up. I think it is the computer. Can anyone give some advise on where to send the computer to have rebuilt?
