Regarding steering wheel

The steering wheel when moves up/ dn gives out a squeaky noise similar to a squeaky door hinge.

Any inputs to get it fixed or take it to dealer?

Up down as in tilt, or as in steering movement?

squeak in sterring wheel

I think Lexus had a TSB about that. they replaced some parts in mine a while back to fix. May want to ask your dealership about it.
