Default Differential Lock Sign?

So I have a 2006 Land Cruiser 100 (I know, I'm posting in a Lexus forum, but the 100 and the LX are quite alike and I trust this forum the most) and I took it for a carwash. After the wash, I got in the car, and drove it a few feet before noticing that the parking brake was engaged. I stopped, turned it off, and kept driving. Soon I noticed that the light that shows the vehicle's suspension with a X going thru it had turned on and that turns seemed sort of wobbly on the car. I stopped it on the side of the road, messed with the settings a bit, and soon the car wouldn't drive . Lucky, I got it to work again, but the light is still on and the car still feels a little wobbly when driving it.

Any tips on how to turn it off? What turned it on, me accidentally driving with the brake engaged?

What exactly do you mean when you say "and soon the car wouldn't drive?" If it simply has the center differential locked, try backing-up while turning slightly. That will usually pop it out of the lock position.
