it was pretty easy to do and took about 2 hours, most of it was just waiting for the stripper to peel the paint

Just bought 2001 LX470 (white) and would really love to setup the chrome on the grille. Any detailed instruction on how, would really help.

If you re-read the thread, LX470Mann answers your question. The "chrome" is hidden under the paint. Check his link a few posts up.

Question ebay look alike

i bought a chrome grill insert from autogrill.com which was posting on ebay and all it is, is some plastic strips with adhesive on them. i wasted $60, so be aware
