Is it paint or powder coat?

If powder coat, did they have to use normal paint to do the center caps, being that they are plastic?

Oh, I'm sorry I forgot, it's paint! We have a guy that comes to our dealership to touch up and repair client's wheels. He (Neil from Rim Pros) just did it at my work, de-beaded the tires, painted them! We tried for a moment to see if the chrome emblems could be removed from the center caps, but decided they couldn't and so hoped for the best and just had him paint the whole piece. We were both pleased with the results!
