Default ABS Active TRAC, VSC, VSC OFF BRAKE dash lights on

As mentioned in other threads it has been a rear wheel sensor or other sensor. I am wondering if anyone has had where it was the ABS Relay in the fuse box in engine compartment be the culprit for sending a code of ABS Module is not communicating? I would like to spend $100 or so on a relay than the $5k dealer wants to replace the entire ABS module and $4k at another shop.

This forum is awesome and I hope someone can help?

When this happened to me - dashboard lit up like Christmas - it was the ABS/VSC computer.

No. This computer is under the dashboard directly under the steering wheel.

I'm pretty sure this is the part number, but please verify with your vehicle (I'm not sure of your year LX). You can see the part number on the outside of the ABS/VSC computer when you put your head under the dashboard. I found mine on a junk yard search on www.car-parts.com

It was the little black box on the side of the abs unit.
Swapped it and it fixed it.

However the lights and sound keep coming back, although very rarely.

Thank you for your reply. It seems everybody has different fixes. I thought of cleaning ABS sensors to begin with. I also need to get the codes read so I can have a clear picture .. I hope.
