Default Brake Fluid Sensor - float switch

My 1997 LX450 gives me an intermittent "BRAKE" light sensor warning on the dash. I've figured out this light is designed to activate if the parking brake is on OR if the brake fluid is too low. I have eliminated the parking brake switch as the cause so I suspect the float switch. Any advice based on experience would be appreciated.

2nd question - who are the recommended go to parts vendors for these loveable dinosaurs??
3rd question - Is there a complete parts diagram/schematic available online somewhere for the LX450?
