Default Lexus GX470 timing belt

I have Lexus GX470 at 137K miles. Should I change the timing belt?

If its still original then...yup.
Probably best to replace the waterpump and t-stat as well.
Check also for seals leaking. (crank/cam seals)

...and if it has plastic T's for the heater hoses, those also need changing.
