Default Fan clutch noise

Hi there, I have this Lexus LX 470 2007
I got a huge noise while driving from the engine. I was advised to change the fan clutch which I did from the dealer. I still wonder that the noise of the fan is the same. I was told from the different local garage that the fan is still not functioning properly. And I am supposed to get it change again. I already spent around 250$. I heard that the fan clutch from the dealer is the common issue. Can anyone help me on this. I am really tired with this noise. I feel that I am driving a plane lol. The acceleration is not good while this noise appears.

The fan clutch should engage with a cold start. At 70 degrees F, ours goes on for less than a minute. It may also engage on a hot day in traffic.

I replaced the fan clutch at 90K when I did the timing belt...since you're "in there" anyway. I used an Aisin oem clutch, but like you the first replacement clutch was non functional and would not engage. The replacement for that one now has around 100K on it, and is still working just fine. I'd disagree as to a common issue, unless somebody want to define "common" in this context.
