You could always try the local Toyota dealer. That's where I got mine. I ended up replacing it myself. Sort of a pain, but well worth it in the end. The dealer wanted a hundred bucks to do it, and it only took me about an hour.
I have heard of people buying them from ebay, and you can also buy a used one with the motor and all from car-part.com.
