Urgent issue on the road

Hi all,

i am currently driving on a very long road trip with my Lexus LX470 and noticed an issue - please see pic attached.

The component marked is making some sort of humming noise and I can smell some liquid, how serious this is if someone could advise please.

smells like some sort of oil, perhaps transmission or power steering? Not sure what exactly the part thats making this noise is there for…
