LX570 - Turn off AHC
I have a 2009 Lexus LX 570
Question:
Can I turn off the AHC system and drive the vehicle on High AHC all the time?
What will happen when I turn it off does the AHC adjust back to N?
Is it safe to turn off the AHC all the time?

Pole Position
No, because you turned off the AHC earlier.
No. What about the AHC bothers you??

You can only turn it off in N. Low only functions until you hit 7mph then raises.(even if the system is off) High only functions until you hit about 25mph then lowers.(even if the system is off)
Turning off is mainly for use while working under the vehicle. You turn it off after you raise it then the vehicle doesn't lower when you turn it off so you have more clearance underneath.

If you want the truck to ride higher you can adjust the AHC sensor so the truck's three positions are higher. Search for AHC sensor lift.
