Default LX570 maintenance schedule

I thought there is recommendation of changing AHC at 60k, but this is not on the schedule.
neither are spark plugs.

Only thing that stands out yearly / 10K oil changes, lube driveshaft every 15k, and change brake fluid 60k.
5K tire rotation. Can't seem to ever see an diff and transfer case oil change, only inspect.

I feel like if I got the prepaid maint, I would only get minimal care for my car, because they would do the minimum.
If you could, can you share how much dealer maintenance cost at these 5K services? If I can get an idea of what these cost before cancelling it.

The one thing I can offer, now on my seventh Lexus, is that regular maintenance/service records at a dealership adds some value to the vehicle come trade-in time. These records are posted on the dealership web site when your trade-in is listed for sale. Whether the client actually sees much of the money is debatable.

These service contracts are meant to appeal to the typical Lexus client, who might never open the hood themselves over the time of ownership. And who have minimal to no mechanical knowledge or care to acquire any.

Because you are asking, that tells me that you are not this typical Lexus client.

I will try to check my service records for my last two LX vehicles and add some figures later, but over the years each service visit for me has been around the $1,000 mark. And those are just routine visits without anything being wrong. Oil, plus unnecessary oil additives, fuel additives, nitrogen inflation charges, added routinely as bill padding make the dealership a tidy profit.

Hi Reggie. If you don't mind, you can post here or private message if you know some of the cost. If it is around $1000 once a year or twice a year.

I ended up cancelling the prepaid maint, I am too stressed to commit driving 10K a year in order to (barely) take advantage of that. I would pay out of pocket to get the oil changed at the 12 month mark which would be under 10K, and good time and mileage to change it, that's more consistent with my other vehicles. I will get under and do the diff fluids whenever.

I don't feel these cars need a lot of maintenance, the 5K check in and tire rotations are pretty excessive. The ones that are really needed for the enthusiasts, like diff and AHC fluid, dealer doesn't include them at all.
