Couple things to look for, look under your doors to see if there is any over spray and a great trick is to look at EVERY window on a Lexus....it will have "Lexus" etched into every piece of glass on the vehicle. Really easy trick to see if it's been in an accident.. OEM Lexus glass is extremely expensive, especially if it's the newer glass with sound deafening layers in it. Did they purchase the vehicle from an auction or was it a customer trade in? Believe it not, most used CPO's on the lot come from auctions and the dealer will act like they had no idea something was wrong with the vehicle. I went through something similar last year at Hennessy in Atlanta ( horrible dealership ) with a CPO and I eventually returned it and bought new from Lexus in Montgomery. A lawyer can easily turn their world upside down due to "prior knowledge". The dealership has a record of the repairs....

Sorry catching up on this thread only now. if the OP has the carfax report stating no accidents, then able to prove that it was indeed in an accident, they offer a buy back clearly.
