I'm in s fl and need new tires, the truck really only runs around town, very few road trips. I'm looking for some reasonably priced tires. Anyone have any suggestions? Thnx in advance
My 2nd set of Michelin already....great tires...first set had over 60k miles before tread hitting 3-4/32nds which can last another 5-10k but not gonna push the boundry and decided to change all 4 due to a buy 3 get 1 for $1.

it looks like there are different types of Mich Defenders, which ones r u guys using? Thnx
My original tires lasted 33K and may have gone another 3 to 5K miles but I was going on a long trip so I got new 275/50/21 113V Toyo Open Country All Season for $248. A tire plus $20 dollars each for mounting and Balancing. Also includes Road Hazard warranty and 70K mileage warranty which I am skeptic about. The price was right and these tires seem to stand taller than the originals.
If you have 21inch wheels, looks like michelin defender LTX m/s is the only one right now, this is the older version. I got a set of yokohama geolandar HTG056 when I got my car. It works well, very quiet, basically the same type of long lasting tire as the michelin.
Just got the Dunlops from Discount Tire Last week $237 per tire but 23/2022 date. . .so cheap. Bought a 2016 with 57k still had 6/32nds on the originals.

i am running geolander HTs in 20". they are good on the highway at high speed (quiet, good grip). they are ok in rain. they kind of suck in snow, but that is not an issue for you.
they DO have kind of thin sidewalls, and there are plenty of reports of puncture issues if you try to offroad with them. So a road tire only
