I found a 2020 lx 570 on cargurus.com and I liked it. Auto check report looks very good. The price is a good deal on cargurus. The dealership’s review is positive and has 4.8 stars. Talked to the dealer, virtually checked the vehicle, and I felt they are honest. So I signed the contract. BUT today I found it had a minor damage reported in the front in 2020 on Carfax. I feel so bad… I haven’t paid yet. But I don’t really know what to do at this point. I guess “minor damage” could mean anything…

If in doubt don't buy especially for this truck there are so many out there. As for cancelling the deal that depends on where you are some locales have laws allowing this no problem others no.

You have to decide what is best for you. Try to find out what the damage is and see if you are comfortable, maybe there can be a price adjustment, but if it bothers you I would get out of the deal. You dont want it to bother you later with an expensive purchase. Carfax seems to be more accurate so always check that before any purchase even if you have to pay for it. Seems Lexus sold like 3-5k units per year in the US so more will come up for sale. 2021 cars which was the last year production are coming off lease this year so many clean cars will be available. I also agree minor can be anything, but who knows.

Here is the update. Hope it can help a bit for others in the future. I bought the truck at the end. I really liked it and decided to trust that dealer. It’s in great condition according to the new purchase inspection at local Lexus dealership. I admit that was kind of gambling.It ends not bad. I’ll definitely check CarFax first in the future.
