Exterior still doesn't do it for me. It may look better in person, but for now, I'm not feeling it.

Other than the exterior, everything else looks great! The blindspot cameras, the power 2nd row seats. The interior, although not shown in full detail, looks to be what you would expect in a high end Lexus.

reasons.

Infiniti has cooler interface. It actually shows bird eye view.

I guess that's why Bob Carter said "a first for North America", since that implies other Toyota models around the world had it before.

Overall, it has a class leading interior IMO, incredible features, options, technology and amazing capability. It has many features and options that the LS460 has, and some that are unique to the LX.

Towing capacity and off-road capability seem to be class leading. Towing capacity for instance beats the Escalade.

The styling I like. It's a nice evolution of the current aged LX470, and it retains a boxy, powerful look. The LX was never supposed to have dramatically different styling. Anyone who was expecting dramatically different styling will definitely be dissapointed.

For me, the only dissapointment is that apparently they are using the same engine as the Tundra. I was hoping it would be a direct injection version of that engine at least. Not to say that it's a bad engine, but it would have been nice for the LX to get an exclusive engine.

As I said, it's still a concept. We'll see if the production Infiniti EX gets that.

We know for a fact the production LX 570 gets the blind spot cameras.

I think a large part of the lower dash is leather-covered.

And that suspension system is simply amazing.

The tech cluster and suspension controls come straight out from Range Rover.

Whoever said "wheels" is right. These wheels look cheesy and weak on a full size SUV. Though I did notice that in the demos for the off road technology it did show different looking wheels- a split 5 spoke design similar to the current truck.

I really, really dislike Lexus new factory wheels- the standard LS 18"s, these wheels, the ES, standard GS 350, new for '08 rim on the RX 350...what the heck? The GS 450h, GS 430, IS 350, LS 460 Touring, and SC have pretty sharp rims if you ask me. Why can't they design something nice, across the line?
