I don't understand this...almost ALL SUVs have privacy glass, esp. those above $30-40K. My Sienna has it. My '02 4runner had it. My G has it. Even my '06 Highlander base V6 had it. The nice thing about privacy glass is that it never goes bad, never bubbles, never fade, etc..

You dealer should be able to tell you a "close" date. Call and see if they have more information. Mine even gave me the ship name and date it would arrive at the Jacksonville Port. He was right on the money by saying that it would arrive at the dealer ship two days after driving off the ship.

Congrat's to you.
Would you mind updating us time to time on your real world MPG? I really like the idea of more power and the improved suspension but to be honest, our 2006 LX470 is right on the cusp of where my conscience will allow me to go as far as fuel efficiency is concerned.
I'm not a tree hugger, per se, but I do feel a bit guilty using finite resources and for some reason the 15mpg that we get in our '06 LX470 is right about at the edge of my comfort level.

I picked mine up last week! Twilight gray metallic and I LOVE it!
After 4 LX470s and four months of the LS460, the LX570 is perfect.
The extra power is nice but as heavy as this beast is, you could add a hundred more!![EEK!](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/eek1.gif)
The dash and electronics remind me of my LS460. Added the concealed Escort radar detector and it is ready to go.

Have you ever used it? I had it on my 2006 LX470 and it did not do a thing for me. Maybe is worked better out in the country side. I live in the suburbes and there we so many bright objects on the screen, nothing really stood out.

seems like the lx needed to lose some things in order to gain things and congrats on your purs\chase, hope you like, and may i say, that the new lx is a lot bnetter looking in person, while at the lexus dealership changing the oil on my mom OLD lx
we saw a white on tan lx with tint and chromed wheels, even though i thought they were not yet available, and it was beautiful looking
