no change in noise - it is still very quiet at all speeds. that was one of my concerns with changing tire brands because the 570 is such a quiet ride.

burgh, thanks for the response. I am somewhat disappointed in the amount of road noise from my Dunlops. I think my 570 has more road noise than my old 470 (Michelins). That's the reason I was asking. I will run them till they wear down and see what is on the market, thanks again.

Here in Australia the standard are Dunlop Grandtreks, which were also fitted as standard on the LX470.
After many years of swapping models and Manufacturers I came to the conclusion that Continental Tires were the best for on-road situation driving.
