I had a 2010 gx 460 and there are some features that the GX has that the 2011 lx doesn't, like the easy exit, side mirror blinkers . I have the 2011 lx and I'm happy I upgraded. It doesn't drive as sporty as the GX but IMho it is more quiet and comfortable. Not by a huge amount but noticeable.

The truck is very nice and enjoyable to drive. Still getting use to the gas mileage, averages about 13 mpg on 91.
Yea - mileage sucks - I am still "getting used to" the gas mileage after 6 months. On the plus side - it is a great vehicle - the ride is excellent.

The LX is in a much different category than the GX. While the GX is nice, the LX is still nicer.

You can go to garage at the top and upload your photos there. Once the pictures are loaded onto Club Lexus right click on the photo, go to properties and copy the address (URL). Then once you post a thread click on icon "Insert Image". Hopefully that didn't confuse you too much.

Can't wait to see photos of your new LX 570...

Looks great.

As an aside, if you are willing to discuss it, how did your '06 LX get stolen??

Purely a crime of opportunity. Left the front door unlocked while at home. The thief walked right in and went to the kitchen and took money out of my wallet, but left the credit cards, took a Rolex, and took only the car key off my key ring, leaving my house key. I guess you can say he was considerate.

I was on my 3rd floor patio watering plants. I thought I heard the "beep beep" alarm alert when a door or window is opened, but thought to myself, it can't be.

Three hours later, I walked into my garage and the garage door was open and my car gone.

Three days later, car was found in Miami. Went to pick it up and was sadden by it's condition. He had smoked in the car, with cigarette ashes everywhere, had garbage all over the inside of the car, and had a hit and run accident.

I'm sure the car could have been reconditioned, but I just didn't want it anymore, so I traded it in for another LX. I only had 3500 miles on it when it was stolen.

I live on a "No Outlet" street, which I thought was very safe. At times, I had left my doors unlocked all night. I've learned my lesson. Criminals lurk everywhere.

Thanks for asking...

Wow, thanks for sharing. At least you or your family were not harmed.

A good reminder for all of us to keep keys (and watches) put away, and doors locked!

Car is awesome. Same color as mine, very agressive front end.
Plus the xenon headlights are super bright.

Yes...the spindle grill does give it a more aggressive look.
