there are 2 enforms:

Enform Remote - paid service
Enform App - free service

the remote is for checking vehicle status, remote starting, locking, unlocking, etc.

the app is for the infotainment system, and yes worthless and a distraction.

I don't know, the destination search/saved destinations is very useful. Especially now since Lexus is discontinuing eDestination in July. I also enjoy the Pandora app (admittedly connects properly only about 90% of the time)

I too was told by #800 that system is down and no ETA on a fix.

My monthly report came in yesterday, and says the car is 187 miles from dealer > In the last 30 days I have never been more than 25 miles from the dealer, so there is a possibility that the GPS system will report a wrong location should you be in an accident.

You got to wonder when all of a sudden I get two alerts on my iPhone about the doors being unlocked THREE DAYS AGO!
