No sound from speakers at all
I have a 2015 lx570 , there is no sound from the speakers . No matter what mode it's in , radio fm no sound , Bluetooth audio no sound , phone no sound . Satellite radio no sound , you can see that it's playing but no sound . Also there is a clicking sound coming from the speakers.

Have you checked fuses? Sounds like the radio's amp is not getting power.

Been a while since I had the 2015 but the mute switch is on the steering wheel I think.

no sound from speakers.. clipping noise from speakers when cut on..
Dropped some absorbent in trunk by amp.. problem solved.. i used the gel packs that come in new shoes.. you know the one that says “DO NOT EAT”
dropped about 15 of them right next to the connections.. sounding off every start up now..

Has your amplifier been exposed to rain? Leaving windows, sunroof, or hatch open? Or someone spilling a drink on or near it?
The technician who repaired myamplifier asked me these questions, He said the most common cause of Levinson amplifier failure was water damage. Excessive heat was second.

Thanks. I had assumed because of the forum that you were talking about an LX. I am no longer confused.
My wife has an IS, and if she ever had a sound problem I'd have likely started removing the front seat to look under it for the amp, where it is in the LX. Good to know the real location. Thanks again.

I have had the same issue with my 2014 LX. Occasionally when I start the car there is no sound, when I drive for a bit and then start the car up again sometimes it is back, sometimes it isn't. It also goes long periods of time between this happening. It could be a loose connection in the amp or overheating. I'm not sure.
