Default New LX owner here...looking for wheel/tire combo

Hello everyone, new LX owner here and was looking to replace the 21" wheels with something that will support more off-road oriented tires. I've done some trolling on this site, and understand that the factory 20"s are a good option but I was wondering if anyone has put aftermarket 20" or less wheels (without spacers)...if you have can you let me know what wheels you selected?

I use Land Cruiser 18" wheels (or 18" Tundra wheels for winter tires) with 275/65R18 Michelin LTX AT2. It works great, no problems. If you plan more serious offroading, buy BFG KO2 tires.

I've got the OEM 2015 wheels on 275/60 Michelin defenders.

I use oem 18's with Toyo AT 2's except in winter, which around here is November through March.

Winter tires are Blizzaks mounted on Tundra steely take-off's I found at the local Toyota dealer. 4 miles total when I bought the wheels.

Are the 18" Tundra TRD wheels a direct fit on the LX?

Steel wheels use a different lug nut than aluminum, and are torqued differently.

Other than than, if your truck has 5 14mm studs on a 150mm bolt circle, they'll mount right up..

Direct fit and also the correct offset. So many of the aftermarket wheels on TireRack have the completely wrong offset for this platform right up to 0mm compared to OEM 50 or 60mm.
I would consider something like these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-TOYOTA-TUN...5Y~Dl7&vxp=mtr
