You need to jump-start the truck with a different battery...either on another car or by itself.

It will start if your only problem was a dead battery. You need to get it serviced as soon a possible to see if it is just an old battery or bad charging system. So many electronics on vehicles these days that you need to keep a fully charged battery at all times.

My battery is good it's just I was using pump for my bike and this pump was powered from my car while car was not running ( so anyway I need to go to service or not )

so how long was this pump running. An automotive battery has a lot of power in it and should be able to run your bike pump and not have a problem starting your vehicle. How old is your battery?

This is why you need to keep a good battery in your LX at all times. I can not help, you might find help in the manual.
Might be able to reboot the system by holding the radio volume button down till you see it restarted.
might be time to visit the dealer.

New to the forum but not to Lexus. Have owned 11 or 12 since 1990. Only problem have ever had with the vehicles is battery drain. My wife had a LS 430 and she would leave her key in the car and the battery would die. We had an SC 430 that we drove only in spring and fall and had to keep on a battery tinder because of drain.
Would not have any other brand except the Toyotas my kids drive. Great cars.

Is this LX570 still under warranty? If yes, I would have it towed to a Lexus dealership and get checked out.
When calling, make sure that they dispatch a FLAT BED tow truck since the LX has permanent 4 wheel drive. Much easier to transport it via a FLATBED. There are just way too many electronics on the LX to mess around nowadays.
