Mexico in Nav System database?
2015 LX 570; Everything works fine. Database is 2014, came with the car, haven't updated it yet. I just drove from Phoenix, AZ to Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico & back. The Nav system quit showing any nav detail (blank screen) from crossing the border between AZ and Mexico, resumed working as soon as I re-entered AZ on my way home. When I check "map coverage" my "covered area" includes the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, & some of the islands in the Caribbean.
Does anyone have Mexico included in the Nav database? Is there a way to add Mexico?

Thanks
Thanks, HZHAO. I'll watch for nav updates. I have also heard from 1 of my children that I ought to select "maps" on my phone (while at home), search for the city in Mexico (Puerto Penasco) that I want to visit & download that map database to my phone. Then when in the Puerto Penasco area, open "maps" & allow the phone's GPS to track my progress om the phone's display.
BTW, my friend's 2015 Lexus ES 350 did show everything in Puerto Penasco on his nav screen! He says that his nav database is the one that came with the car. The ES 350 seems to use a different (and larger) database than ours.

Navigation and Lexus... It's been always a big problem. They never did it right. Some older nav generations had a map coverage for Mexico. But not the current one. Just buy a cheap Garmin, keep it in your car and you'll be fine.

Driving to Mexico
I live in the Phoenix area. Many of our friends, and we, as well, have driven to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point, Mexico) for 1-2 week vacations. Most of us have "nice" cars.
Rocky Point is exactly 4 hours south-west of Phoenix (on the shore of the Sea of Cortez), very safe & easy drive. The crime rate seems to be very, very low, also. Over the last 30 years probably 50 visits to Rocky Point, we've had NO unpleasant experiences.
Many of the visitors there seem to come from Arizona & California, as the roads are good, the restaurants are great, and it's an easy drive.
At first (1988) I used to worry about thievs, drug dealers, vigilantes, etc. None of us have ever experienced such encounters.
Driving the LX 570 there was super pleasant; But I missed the GPS nav base coverage.
