Dashboard noise
I have a 2010 LX570 with a noise in the dashboard. The noise is humming in nature, and is most notable after starting. The humming is more noticeable on the drivers side. The noise is louder in cold weather, but does exist in warmer temps. Two Lexus dealers diagnosed the problem as a auxiliary fan that is part of the radio/navigation board. I had the fan replaced, and the humming is the same.

Mine will hum intermittently, usually when the temperature is changing and parts are expanding and contracting. Lexus does a good
job of lining most interfaces with felt to prevent noise, but there are some gaps that close up when the dash is hot and the car is cold. I would try cutting up some felt or
cloth and shove some in the gaps you think might be buzzing. It’s provably not the fan itself
