My LX570'18 don't have roof rails if I would like to install it but the dealer told me " Need to drop the headliner and not sure can install it or not ".

Can anyone help me to confirm this ?

That's true. The LX roof rail is installed from inside, any install/uninstall will require remove the headliner. I didn't even know that LX had one comes without it factory installed.

Thank you for your kindly help. At first, I thought will come with the car because I ordered ultimate edition but I just realize that it's an option when picking my LX. My car is not in the US.

I just noticed that you are in Asia market, which make sense that configuration can be different for different markets.

My 2017 LX-570 came without the roof rack cross rails. I had the complete roof rack on my previous LX and never used it. I did scratch the rails a couple of times on low garages in down town L.A. So i;m kind of happy my LX came without the cross rails.

OP was asking the actual roof rail installation, not the cross bar. Cross bar is considered an accessory and won't be as factory installed option anyway.
