I'm not sure if you get REAL fog periodically and you need bulbs designed for fog, or you want bulb color to match your headlights...
If you're talking real fog, most of a 6000K beam will be reflected back into your eyes. Best real fog lights are deep yellow. So, my 200 series uses 3500K 45W PIAA halogen bulbs, the LX was retrofitted with 35W 3300K HID's. Don't be "that guy" who drives around with blinding white fog lights.
Other than that, I have yet to see LED's that project as far as either halogen or HID bulbs.

Yes I would like to match the color of the headlights, but at the same time I don't want to be "that guy".
from what I have read so far Philip's make one of the best ones
I've used a pair of H11 6000K LEDs on the fogs on my LX570 AND RX450h. Same for both low beams and fogs for my CT200h. All without any problems x three years plus. The very first LEDs I had ordered via AMAZON burnt out on my CT200h in about a year (My other vehicles are still on the first original LEDs I ordered from the vendor). The vendor sent a different pair of LEDs (next generation set as the ones I had ordered was no longer in production) free of charge. All are running strong no problems.
The ones I have ordered are no longer in production. But I found the following might be of interest to you. Cost is all over the map. Mine was $89 a pair some three years ago.
The above two pics are with our 2013 LX570 with OEM HID ON and AFTERMARKET LED fogs ON. Sorry about the pic done with my phone.

It's cheaper at Amazon. It was $108 a few days ago, but now $120:

This is what I bought and installed my self. Actually installation was pretty easy, considering that this was my first fog bulb change on any car. Also they look great.
