Hi All,
I am considering changing F and R differential fluid. I wonder if our LX570 come with slip differential? I am considering using mobil delvac synthetic gear oil 75w-90. I believe this one does not come with slip differential additive. Therefore I just want to make sure if our truck come with slip differential. Has anybody use this fluid before? Should I use Mobil 1 75w90 LS? Any input will be great!!

For all the fluids, I've always had Lexus dealership take care of it, so I may not be able to give the best advice on this. However, I looked up in the past threads and found something relevant to your question. It may help with your question:.

Toyota recommends their 75W oil for the 200 Series transfer case. Given Toyota's pricing for the fluid, I elected to use Ravenol MTF-3 since it's been tested to and labeled as meeting Toyota's specifications. I bought it on Ravenol's website as it's not something you'll see at your local parts store.
Telephone calls to 6-7 regional Lexus dealers indicate they normally use Valvoline or Mobil 1 75W-90...great for the differentials but NOT for the transfer case. Some mention on Mud that 75-W90 may cause issues with the TC unlocking when it should be locked...something I've not experienced. Most attribute the issue to not using Low range enough if at all.
A how-to video on Mud is here...Series 200 differential and transfer case fluid changes. I use a compressed air powered filler that works perfectly...Easy to use fluid filling system

All the LX570/LC200 have open front and rear differentials. Wheel slip is electronically controlled through the ABS braking system. The center differential/transfercase is different though and contains a mechanical differential lock that is electronically accutuated (switch on dash by right knee). It requires particular fluid as mentioned above, Toyota or Revenal (can be found on Amazon).

I am changing differentials and transfer case fluid for my 2017 Tundra at 30k. I was debating if I should change for my 2018 LX570 or should I wait till 30k. It has little over 8k now. A friend told me he did his at 7k after break in. I am still debating. May be it's premature. I should wait at least at 30k!

See above. When I did outside sales in the southwest, I could easily drive 30K a year in my company-provided (thank you, God) 4wd Chevy or GMC Suburban. If op drove for business like I did, I could see 30K if his '18 was sold in early 2017...my current LC is a '13 but door sticker shows it was made in 2/17.

I am not towing or anything as I have 2017 Toyota Tundra do towing etc. I will see how bad my Tundra fluid looks when I change at 30k. Only cost about $80 to change F/R differential and transfer case as I change them myself. Just drain and fill. They are fairly easy. I just like the idea change after break in!

As I posted above, half a dozen Toyota, Lexus, and Toyota/Lexus dealers told me that they used either Mobil 1 or Valvoline and not Toyota fluids.
Use whatever you like.
