Anyone try these?
I looked up 275 50 r21 and this popped up. Looks like they make another tire for the 21” Lexus rims. 70,000 mile warranty.
I’m at about 36k miles in my 2016 LX570 and have to replace very soon.

HIGHWAY ALL-SEASON TIRE
found another one.
YOKOHAMA
GEOLANDAR H/T G056
Which one would be a better tire? The Yokos look to have okay reviews, Toyos don't seem to be widely available and the Open Country H/T have pretty bad reviews on CR (This is probably the "1" version, the "2" version looks to be newer).

General internet opinion is that the H/T's don't do very well in heavy rain. Take a look at the Open Country AT II's and see what you think. We currently have AT II's on a 3/4-ton Dodge truck, as well as our LX and Land Cruiser. They perform well in rain and snow and do a great job on fire roads. The HT is imo a paved road tire only and probably works OK on a RAV4 or similar.
[understatement mode] They're definitely NOT what I would put on a 3-ton + truck. [/understatement mode]
Ordered these on tire rack on Wednesday. Going on today. I couldn’t stand the idea of replacing with the Dunlop’s that only got me 27k miles for $2k
Eager to learn how this goes. The OE Dunlops have really tarnished my ownership experience with this LX. Don't know what the heck Lexus was thinking. And yes, I could switch to 20s, but they're not as sharp-looking IMHO as the 21s. Not happy at all at the moment.

I switched to 18" wheels...last thing on my mind was how "sharp-looking" they were or were not.

I think that my 18" ATs look not only sharper but also much smarter than 21" low profile tires on an SUV designed for offroad use. BTW, LX570 actually is a Land Cruiser and this legend really does not deserve 21" wheels...

Very familiar with the history/lineage of the LX, and that's why this one is our second. Reality is we don't go off-road: I like the sturdiness, space and having a lot of metal around my children. Snow and crappy roads; that's all for us.
Having said that, I'm not arguing that the 21s make sense as much as I'm saying they look better (IMO) on the truck than the OE 20s for that same model year. Yours look good. We all have a choice to change wheels; my point is that one shouldn't feel forced to because OE wheels are locking us into crappy tires.
As a bit more context, I'm on my second set of Dunlops, replaced due to incurable ride disturbance (though this is actually the third set, as the original replacement set was bad too!). Once I dealt with a person on the phone at Dunlop, they were remarkably helpful, but the tires are a different story.
Just bought the toyo tire from SimpleTire today. They have a 15 percent coupon ‘15toyo’ so just purchased them. Will let you know how the tires are once u get them.

Any updates from either of you? Very intrigued... My LX is currently at the dealership for routine maintenance (and a recall), and highway vibrations are on the list yet again. These Dunlops are unacceptable on this vehicle, IMHO.

I did buy the toyo tires. Sitting in my garage. Will replace soon once the tires are nearly worn. Half the price of the Dunlop tires.
