traded my GX460, 2015 for a LX570 2015 today, This is my 2nd LX, I bought a new 2018 last year. With 3 little kids the GX was getting small. I hate the new mouse tech in the current LX and wanted that old touch screen back. Black on black with 75k miles, lease return. has a full service history at the same Lexus dealer so miles didn't scare me.
I also prefer the touch screen. It's somewhat distracting, but much less so than the remote touch. You can just press on what you want to do. The remote touch is the worst idea I've ever seen in a vehicle's infotainment. I heard one reviewer describe it as like using a computer mouse while going down the road, which is accurate. Now many new Lexus vehicles use a touchpad, which is much better. I lost multiple customers while selling new Lexus because of customers who hated it, and also because of the lack of Carplay (addressed by using a cheap vent mount for my phone).
Black on black - good choice. Any other color interior is difficult to find matching replacement parts for as the vehicle ages. I had to wait for weeks when I bought my last LX to get black interior. There was only one black interior LX in the Southeast region at the time and it had to be traded for and trucked from a dealer in Miami.
When I bought my first cars "infotainment systems were an AM radio and a dash mounted single speaker. Phones were on the walls in gas stations, and you dropped in a dime to call someone. Anyone nearby could hear your end of the conversation, just like today, unless you used an enclosed phone booth.

Not only that, but a black leather interior is much, much easier to keep clean. Learned my lesson with light colored interiors as my tan leather interior on my 04 ES stained easily. If you keep your vehicle for a long time, the black leather will be easier to maintain and hide wear better. The black carpet is also easier to keep clean.
Traded my 15 for a 18 and kept the 18 less than a year because of the horrible interface using that damned mouse krap. Traded in on a Cayenne and very happy with it.
