I’m new to the forum. Had to sign up just to ask the following question...

I am itching to get the LX and found few that match what I’m looking for. It’s a bit difficult to find them because I’m looking for beige interior with mark levinson sound system and bright interior. It seems most of the LXs i came across either bright outside and black inside or the opposite. Of course wanting mark levinson makes it even more complicated.

Needless to say i got super excited when i found two that matches my requirement. However, Lexus newest press release mentioned that the 2020 model will be on sale this September.

The question is...
are we expecting any upgrades in the interior and dashboard?
or are we expecting everything to remain the same?

And if 2020 model is coming this September, shouldn’t the dealers already know what they ordered and what it looks like? I asked but they kept telling me they have no information. I suspect they rather get rid of their existing stock than have me wait.

The only thing in 2020 I can see is the Sport Model.... I just picked up a 2019 and I am thrilled....

 

The things I suspect to be refreshed in 2020 model:
1. Digital instruments cluster
2. Refreshed dashboard
3. Apple carplay support.

 

I haven’t seen anything about APC for 2020. Maybe, But it would be nice to have in a brand new vehicle.

 

As much as I would love to see the upgrades below, I doubt it. Lexus does not sell a whole lot of the LX570 so it would not be worth making such big changes for them.

Especially with an all new 300 series coming out in the next couple/ few years. Who really knows with Toyota though.

 

I think the interior you are referring to is called Parchment interior. It's essential the same since 2016 sans a few minor things e.g., ACP. Don't settle- get exactly what you want. Congrats- that i one heck of a vehicle!
